GROUP THERAPY

Serving Richmond, Chesterfield, Midlothian and surrounding counties.

Group sessions consists of 8 to 10 people who share a commonality of concerns. Group sessions provides an atmosphere of hope and universality.  It will allows you to receive support and encouragement from the facilitator and others within the group, helping you to feel more equipped for any upcoming circumstances or events you maybe going through.

You will be provided opportunities to ask the facilitator questions and offer responses that will help others cope with their situation. This process involves the facilitator supporting and guiding the group with responses that provide positive feedback on how each person can explore outcomes to help them work through their situation. This journey will consist of the group working together to identify areas in which they feel they are “stuck” and require more support in moving forward.

For more information on the groups that will begin on June 6th, 2022, please contact out office at 804.277.9551 or you can email us at info@apomcounseling.com
